Blue Link is a connected car service from Hyundai that allows subscribers to access features like remote start, door lock/unlock, and climate control from a smartphone. Blue Link+ is an enhanced version of this service, offering all Blue Link features at no additional cost for original purchasers and lessees of new 2023 IONIQ 6 and new 2024 or newer Bluelink-equipped Hyundai models. This can result in savings of $350 or more per year. Blue Link services require an active Blue Link account, cellular and GPS coverage, and should only be used when safe to do so. The service relies on 4G LTE cellular networks, and if these networks change or become obsolete, the connected services may no longer work. Fees may apply for map and multimedia Over-The-Air (OTA) updates after an initial three-year complimentary period.
