Standard on all trims. As the engine is turned off, a visual warning in the instrument cluster reminds you to check the rear seats before exiting. Additionally, overhead sensors monitor the backseat area to minimize the risk of a child or pet accidentally being left inside after the vehicle is parked and locked. If sensors detect movement, the horn will honk, lights will flash and your smartphone will receive an alert through Bluelink®. ⁠

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian, Cyclist and Junction Turning Detection (FCA-Ped)⁠

Standard on all trims. When the system detects a vehicle or pedestrian ahead, it warns you of a potential collision. If you don’t begin stopping in time, the system may automatically apply braking. In addition, the FCA system can also apply brakes when turning left at an intersection when risk of a collision with an oncoming vehicle is detected. ⁠

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2 (FCA 2)⁠

Standard on Calligraphy trim. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2 includes Pedestrian, Cyclist, Junction Turning, Junction Crossing, Lane-Change Oncoming, Lane-Change Side and Evasive Steering Assist. When the system detects a vehicle or pedestrian in your path, it warns you of a potential collision. If you don’t begin stopping in time, the system may automatically apply braking. ⁠

Standard on SE, SEL, XRT and Limited. Your Hyundai notifies you with a visual alert when its radars detect a vehicle in your blind spot area. If you try to change lanes in this situation, an audio warning will sound. ⁠

Lane Keeping Assist (LKA)⁠

Standard on all trims. This feature warns you through audio and visual cues if it detects your vehicle drifting out of its driving lane without signaling. If necessary, it may gently apply corrective steering assistance to keep you inside the lane. ⁠

Standard on all trims. Constantly turning your high beams off and on can be a hassle, which is why this thoughtful feature automatically does it for you. It can detect oncoming vehicles and toggle between high and low beams accordingly. ⁠

Standard on all trims. While traveling at a speed set by you, it uses a radar to maintain a safe distance from the car ahead. After the system slows the vehicle to a stop, it will reactivate if the vehicle in front moves within 3 seconds. ⁠

Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control (N-SCC) w/ Curve Control⁠

Standard on Limited, and Calligraphy trims Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control with Curve Control helps the driver stay at a safe speed on the highway using the navigation system and speed limit signs. Using map data from the navigation system, it can detect and automatically adjust the vehicle to a safe speed when entering a speed-controlled zone or curved section of the vehicle's main path. Once out of speed zone or curve, it will automatically return to set speed. ⁠

Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA)⁠

Standard on all trims. When you’re going in reverse, it lets you know with audio and visual cues if its sensors detect a vehicle approaching from the left or right. It may even apply the brakes automatically if needed. ⁠
