N Line is Hyundai’s sport-performance, race-inspired models that were engineered with styling and performance upgrades that set them apart from standard trims; the line was created for enthusiasts looking for fun on the track and well as on the roads.
While some features vary from model to model, our N vehicles are generally outfitted with the most powerful engines Hyundai has. Additionally, N vehicles come with upgraded and/or tuned suspensions, transmissions, limited-slip differentials, steering, and brakes, just to name a few. All of which have been engineered for maximum driving dynamics and enjoyment, on and off the track.
The N letter represents Namyang, the city in South Korea where the N brand was born; it’s also where the global research and development center is located.
The Hyundai that has the most horsepower is the 2025 IONIQ 5 N. It gives you up to 641 horsepower when the N Grin Boost feature is activated.
