i-oniq: Singular vision. Dual power.

Measuring in at over 14 feet long, the Hyundai i-oniq concept is an electric sport hatchback with a range-extending gasoline engine.

An evolution of the company's signature design language, Fluidic Sculpture, the profile lines of the front fender run from front to back, emphasizing i-oniq's coupé appearance, while offering maximum visibility to occupants.

The roof is a unique design solution that ensures great space for rear passengers and contributes to the overall dynamic appearance. The car's doors open up to the side and make entering the car's front and rear seats simple.

Fittingly for a sporty hatchback, the instrument panel and center-console geometry are based around the driver. The rear cabin area has been designed as a “cozy lounge area” to ensure maximum occupant comfort, creating a positive contrast to the driver/sports-oriented front area.

HEXA SPACE: THE INSIDE STORY.

This stylish, multipurpose vehicle features an ingenious hexagonal seating system designed to make the most of its interior space. Like a puzzle, each seat fits into a honeycomb matrix, allowing passengers to sit three across without feeling uncomfortable. The seats can also be folded flat offering space, functionality and flexibility when carrying various combinations of people and cargo. The range of seating configurations is extensive including modes for limousine and camping.

Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture design language adds graceful notes to a confident and purposeful shape. The front fascia features bold headlight displays that flank a substantial front grille. While large LED tail light arrays distinguish the vehicle's rear.

Getting in and out of Hexa Space is easy, thanks to an innovative door design. The rear doors lift out and slide back, creating a wide-open entry on each side.
