The Hyundai Kona is a small SUV available in various trims, including the 2026 Kona SE, SEL Sport, SEL Premium, and Limited, as well as the 2025 Kona N Line, N Line S, SEL, SEL Convenience, and Limited. The 2026 Kona SE features a 147-hp 2.0L MPI 4-cylinder engine and offers an estimated 29 City/34 Hwy/31 Combined MPG for FWD models. It includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop & Go, and wireless smartphone integration. The 2026 Kona Limited and 2025 Kona Limited trims come with a 190-hp 1.6L turbocharged GDI 4-cylinder engine. The 2026 Limited FWD model has an estimated 26 City/31 Hwy/28 Combined MPG, while the AWD model offers 25 City/28 Hwy/26 Combined MPG. Key features for the Limited trims include a hands-free smart liftgate with auto open, Surround View Monitor (SVM), and Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM). The 2025 Kona Limited also offers ventilated front seats. The 2025 Kona N Line and N Line S trims are equipped with a 190-hp 1.6L turbocharged GDI 4-cylinder engine. The N Line FWD model has an estimated 26 City/32 Hwy/28 Combined MPG, and the AWD model offers 24 City/29 Hwy/26 Combined MPG. The N Line S features N Line interior and exterior accents and 19-inch alloy wheels. The 2025 Kona SEL and SEL Convenience trims are powered by a 147-hp 2.0L MPI 4-cylinder engine. The FWD models for both trims have an estimated 28 City/35 Hwy/31 Combined MPG, and the AWD models offer 26 City/29 Hwy/27 Combined MPG. The SEL trim includes 18-inch alloy wheels, roof side rails, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The SEL Convenience trim adds a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and heated front seats. All Kona models offer available HTRAC All Wheel Drive (AWD). The 2025-26 Kona (excluding Kona Electric) was awarded a 2025 TOP SAFETY PICK+ by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
