It’s impossible to be comfortable in a vehicle if you can’t reach all the controls easily, which is why the Tucson comes standard with an eight-way adjustable driver seat. The steering wheel is also adjustable to maximize comfort and driving ergonomics. And, as in every Hyundai we build, controls and gauges are easy to spot and the dashboard itself is set lower to improve visibility and create a sense of spaciousness for driver and passengers alike.

Available interior features include fully automatic climate control and leather seating surfaces with heated front seats. The icing on the cake is a built-in trip computer, standard on all models. It’ll tell you precisely how many miles you can drive with the fuel you have left in your tank, elapsed time, average vehicle speed, current MPG and your average MPG.

One of the Tucson’s design mandates and primary strengths is its versatile cargo-carrying capabilities. When you fold down the 60/40 split rear seats you get 55.8 cu. ft. of cargo room. Smaller, everyday items are also easily managed. Small trays have been integrated into the door panels so you can conveniently stow your cell phone, while a center armrest and rear cargo storage tray give you additional, unexpected storage options. A retractable hook on the rear seatback keeps the contents of grocery bags from spilling as you drive.
