Hyundai has decided to conduct a voluntary safety recall in the United States to replace the secondary latch cable on certain:
- Model Year 2013 through 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicles produced at Kia Motor Manufacturing Georgia beginning on July 12, 2012 through June 27, 2016.
- Model Year 2013 through 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicles produced at Hyundai Motor Company beginning on July 17, 2012 through July 02, 2016.
Hyundai is initiating this action to ensure the safety and quality of its vehicles and the continued satisfaction of Hyundai customers.
